Most importantly, the home page of the website is updated every day with Don's commentary and personal analysis of the new listings, price changes, properties going into escrow and transactions closing escrow. 

Don is the only Incline Village real estate agent who writes a regular column about the local market and gives you the straight story on each property for sale and price change without pulling any punches. You'll find links to the MLS info for every property as the new listings, price changes and sales occur.   Every blog entry is archived so you don't have to worry about missing a column.

Once a week, usually on Monday, the Weekly Statistics Page is updated showing the number of properties for sale, median prices, weekly transaction activity on the Incline Village MLS along with the statistics from the same time period one year ago.  This allows you to do year-to-year comparisons and see how the market is changing over time.  Statistics are available going back to 2004 upon request.
