6. How will I know when a good deal comes on the market?
If you provide me with your e-mail address, and some basic criteria as to the type of property you’re looking for and the general price range, I will set up an automatic search on the Incline Village MLS.  Then, as new properties come on the market that meet your criteria, you will be e-mailed the new listing information directly from the MLS, after I have personally screened it to make sure it is suitable for you.  From time to time, I meet sellers who do not wish to put their property on the Incline Village MLS.  When this occurs, I send an e-mail to anyone in my data base who is interested in this particular type of property and we go from there.

7. I am thinking of selling my house or condo.  Can you tell me how much my property is worth?
Yes, I am happy to provide a free comparative market analysis to anyone upon request.  Just provide me with your property address and contact information, and we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet for me to review your property in person.  I can provide you with a very general CMA without seeing your property.  But the best way to get a true valuation of the fair market value of your property is for me to see the property in person and analyze the property from top to bottom.  I perform a very comprehensive CMA (not the typical one generated by the MLS) and evaluate the fair market value of your property from a few different approaches so you can see how a variety of prospective buyers would evaluate your home or condo.
