Incline Village is located on the northeast corner of Lake Tahoe approximately 21 miles from Reno, NV, with easy access by car via the Mt. Rose Hwy.  The village maintains 3 private Beaches for residents and guests, and under the auspices of IVGID it operates 2Golf Courses, the Diamond Peak Ski AreaTennis Courts and other Recreation Facilities.

There are many benefits to being a property owner in Incline Village including special rates for golf, skiing and the recreation center that will save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars each year.  For example, if you are a resident of Incline Village, then a round of golf on the Championship Course costs about $46 while a non-resident pays about $150.  Diamond Peak Ski Area and the Recreation Center season passes cost about 30% less for Incline Village residents than for non-residents.  Just a few of the reasons why Incline Village is considered the premier community at Lake Tahoe.
