INSIDE INCLINE NEWSLETTERS - JUST CLICK ON A MONTH TO OPEN AN ISSUE

Every month I write a new publication containing information on the Incline Village real estate market.  In this newsletter you will find 2 to 4 new articles concerning real estate, local news, people of interest and a current statistical analysis of home, condo, free-standing condo, investment residential and lot and land prices and inventory.

Unlike most real estate agents who buy "canned" text and print it on their own letterhead, everything you read in Inside Incline was written by Don Kanare.  The Incline Village real estate market is so unique that using some canned material from a writer in middle America is not going to provide property owners and prospective buyers with useful information about our local market.

Incline Village and Crystal Bay are high-end resort markets, not your typical residential real estate markets.  The buyers and sellers here tend to be more affluent, make a greater percentage of their purchases with all cash, and generally are absentee owners.  You can't treat them like your average residential buyer since their wants and needs are completely different.  So, the information that customers in our market need has to be attuned to our unique demographics and that's exactly what I try to do.
