ANALYSIS OF INCLINE VILLAGE MLS REAL ESTATE TRENDS FROM 2002 TO 2006
After a couple of years of flat prices at the start of this century, the 2003 - 05 time period resulted in steady upward price increases for all categories of properties except the high-end lakefront homes which peaked during the dot com boom. The 2006 calendar year has been mostly a plateau year with prices holding steady pretty much across the board, although the median price for condos in Incline Village has risen $100,000 from $480,000 in 2005 to $580,000 this year. This rise is due primarily to the fact that 3 out of 4 condos in Incline Village that are for sale have asking prices above $500,000.
