Incline Village - Ski, Golf, Beach, Road and Weather Information

The Championship Golf Course is closed.  The Mountain Golf Course is closed.

Diamond Peak Ski Area is open.

Mt. Rose Ski Area  is open including almost all of the Chutes when conditions permit.  The snow pack is fabulous and the snow quality is changeable during the day due to the melt / freeze cycle.

Dogs are allowed on Ski Beach as of Oct. 15.  No dogs are permitted on Incline Beach or Burnt Cedar beach at anytime.  

Weather Update - We are looking for sunny skies on Monday and Tuesday and partly cloudy days Wed. and Thurs., with warm sunny weather for the upcoming holiday weekend.  Daytime temperatures will be in the 40s to low 50ss with night times in the teens and 20s.

To see an excellent view of the the night time stars away from the ambient light of the Tahoe Basin, I recommend that you drive 10 minutes up the Mt. Rose Hwy to Tahoe Meadows.  You will be surrounded by mountains that cut off the light from Tahoe and Reno and will be able to see the Milky Way Galaxy quite easily.

Hiking - Hiking trails are now all covered in snow, go at your own risk.      

Road Conditions - Primary roads are generally in good condition. Secondary roads have snow and ice, drive carefully!

Be careful when you are out driving around and looking at real estate in Incline Village. There is a tendency to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains and lose track on our curving streets.
