WELCOME TO
JENNIFER
INCLINE VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD
ABOUT
The Jennifer neighborhood consists of a wide range of single-family residences, very few small townhomes associations, at a scenic higher elevation, many with lake view and canyon views surrounded by forest with easy highway access.
With an elevation ranging from 7,000’ to 7,400’, this is a higher snowfall area when it comes to neighborhoods. At this elevation, depending on the location, some homes may have Lake Tahoe views, while higher-situated properties include beautiful forest settings. Architecturally, these homes have more of a “cabin” feel with gambrel and “old Tahoe Style” features.
There are a few level parcels in the Jennifer neighborhood with lot sizes from .16 acres to 1 acre. homes typically located on an uphill or downhill slope. The U.S. Forest Service and IVGID have purchased several parcels, which help keep new construction to a minimum while maximizing the area’s natural beauty and privacy.
INSIDER TIP:
The top of Jennifer is also a locally known backcountry ski spot up the canyon when you want to take a few laps before or after work. I suggest exploring Rose Knob and Rifle Peak via this neighborhood in the summer months.
