The Ponderosa Subdivision is a lower elevation area on the west side of town, sandwiched between First and Second Creek, and very forested. This area provides easy access to the lake, Lakeshore Blvd. biking/walking path, and is a few minutes from Burnt Cedar Beach. Named after the towering Ponderosa Pine Trees found in Lake Tahoe’s forest, Incline Village’s Ponderosa neighborhood has various parcels most all single-family residential with a few PUDs, offering forest views and lake views throughout the neighborhood. The Ponderosa subdivision is located in North Lake Tahoe above Highway 28, across from the Lakeview subdivision, and west of Highway 431.
