It was another solid week for the Incline Village real estate market. 10 properties went into escrow along with 10 places closing escrow. There were only 5 new listings along with 8 price reductions during the past 7 days. The beautiful summer weather is enticing for buyers and anyone looking to make the trip to Tahoe. We’ve been very lucky this summer with only a handful of days bringing us smoky skies.
Visitor activity has started to decline a bit. Many schools go back into session before Labor Day. So, it’s a wonderful time to enjoy the last few weeks of summer in the Sierras.
