Celebrate Valentines Day, In Incline Village

Valentine's Day is a special time of year and there are plenty of ways to celebrate in Incline Village, Nevada. Whether you are looking for a romantic evening out or want to spend the day exploring the area with your partner or your closest friends, furry or otherwise, we wanted to give you the inside scoop on some of our favorite things to do for Valentine's Day here in Incline Village.



SAGE LEAF TAHOE

An intimate and comfortable restaurant serving up sustainable, innovative dishes and cocktails for brunch/lunch and dinner. Make sure to get at least one order of the Sage & Cheddar biscuits for the table, trust us, you will not be disappointed!


TUNNEL CREEK CAFE

Now open for dinner! Situated at the beginning of the beautiful East Shore Trail and world famous Flume Bike Trail, this café appears rustic and modest but when the sun goes down, everything changes and you’re in for a *chef’s kiss* meal.


SOULE DOMAINE

Consistently voted the “Most Romantic Restaurant” in Tahoe. And we’re here to tell you it’s true. If you don’t get a reservation for Valentine’s Day, put this on your special occasion list. Fun fact, Soule Domaine is located next door to our Crystal Bay Inside Incline office.


LONE EAGLE GRILLE

Located at the Hyatt, Lone Eagle Grille literally sits on the edge of Lake Tahoe making it the place for the view. ‘Inside’ tip: winter sunsets in Incline Village can be off the charts, so make sure you’re ready to get it for the ‘gram. And, f you want to kick it up a notch, book a room at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe and spend time at the beautiful Stillwater Spa.


Then, cap off the evening, with s'mores at the lakeside fire pit - what is better than that!?




SKI THE DAY AWAY, AT DIAMOND PEAK

There is nothing better than hitting the slopes with the ones you love! Head on over to Diamond Peak to enjoy lunch and a toast at Snowflake Lodge featuring one North Lake Tahoe’s best views (and the site of many proposals!)




SNOW PICNIC ADVENTURE

Pack a backpack with some charcuterie, your Yeti tumbler full of something to keep you warm, and head out to “breathe the same air the angels breathe” - as Mark Twain once said. Whether you opt to go down to the lake or out for a little snowshoe hike, you won't be disappointed when you have yummy treats and amazing views to take in. NEVADA NORDIC XC SKI & SNOWSHOE TRAILS

Because of this local non-profit, there are free groomed classic and ski tracks in the Mt. Rose Meadows, and a snowshoe trail to Chickadee Ridge.


SAND HARBOR STATE PARK, SLEIGH RIDES

Sand Harbor State Park is the crown jewel of the Nevada State Park System. In the summer it is home to the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival and in the winter… it becomes wonderland. We are a full service pet store offering a wide variety of pets and supplies at competitive prices.

Pet Station sells many different brands of high quality dog and cat food, along with a complete line of supplies and accessories for dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, birds, fresh and saltwater fish.

WYLIE ANIMAL RESCUE

Wylie Animal Rescue is one a mission to provide safe and loving homes for animals who would otherwise be destined for euthanasia and provide education regarding responsible pet care guidelines including the importance of training, veterinary care, exercise and socialization. In addition to this, W.A.R.F aims to alleviate suffering and promote kindness whenever and wherever possible. They are a volunteer-led organization with no paid administrators, so every penny donated goes toward helping animals. If you can donate time or money to help, they would love to hear from you!



PET NETWORK HUMANE SOCIETY

Pet Network Humane Society is a nonprofit animal shelter dedicated to saving and improving the lives of pets through rescue, adoption and humane education programs. Pet Network relies entirely on 501(c)3 tax-exempt donations from people like you to continue our life-saving mission.

TAHOE PAWS

Our local heroes at Tahoe Paws support search and rescue efforts of missing/lost pets in Lake Tahoe~Truckee and surrounding communities and around the world. They also provide education regarding disaster & evacuation preparedness, emergency response teams, help during evacuation, and provide temporary animal shelter.



NORTHERN NEVADA HOPES

We also invite you donate to provide affordable, high-quality, medical, behavioral health, and support services for in the form of lifesaving and changing programs via Northern Nevada HOPES, Inside Incline’s official nonprofit organization.
