Incline Village & Crystal Bay Real Estate Market Update | September 25, 2025
Let’s give a big shoutout to the Incline High School Highlanders for their exciting homecoming game victory last week. The parade goes right through the intersection where our Inside Incline office is located and we love to watch. What a fantastic way to bring the community together and show some school spirit!

Life in North Lake Tahoe has been nothing short of magical lately. The weather has been absolutely perfect, with crisp mornings and evenings giving way to sunny, golden autumn days. And for those eagerly awaiting winter, the first snowflakes of the season were spotted on the summit at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, base elevation 8,260 feet, during a light rain shower in the basin on Thursday morning. It’s a beautiful reminder of the seasonal transitions that make this area so special.
On the real estate front, we’re thrilled to share that we’re seeing strong activity for this time of year. New listings are hitting the market, and buyers are actively writing contracts, making it an exciting time for both sellers and buyers alike. Stay tuned for all the latest updates and insights to help you navigate our vibrant local market!
