Incline Village Real Estate Blog: June 28th

If you thought the action on the Incline Village real estate market was something else two weeks ago it was even more extraordinary during the past seven days. A record-setting 33 properties went into escrow on the Incline Village MLS. Considering there were only 11 new listings, the inventory has tumbled down to its lowest level in the past 20 years.

Even during the real estate boom 15 years ago we did not see this level of sales activity two weeks in a row. Prices of the properties going into escrow last week ranged from $339,000 all the way up to nearly $10 million. Some have referred to the current situation as panic buying. The coronavirus plague is causing many people to rethink where they live and work. So, it’s only natural that a place like the Nevada side of North Lake Tahoe becomes attractive during a pandemic.

Our favorite new listing on the Incline Village real estate scene this week is the single-family home located at 621 Tumbleweed Cir.
