Incline Village Real Estate: July 20 Update
Our weekly Incline Village real estate blog continues on with another big week on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. 24 properties went into escrow and 21 properties closed escrow thereby keeping the title companies extremely busy. Even with 14 new listings on the Incline Village MLS the inventory declined again. There are only 93 properties currently listed for sale in a community with nearly 8500 houses, condos and freestanding condos.
The properties getting accepted offers last week ranged in price from $325,000 for a little condo all the way up to nearly $6.2 million. We are seeing activity across all price ranges on a regular basis. Super high-end buyers have been very active this year which tells you that the most affluent among us have confidence in the long-term intrinsic value of Incline Village real estate.
