The Incline Village real estate scene keeps humming along with 20 new listings and a staggering 24 properties going into escrow. Over 100 properties have gone into escrow in just the past month. Considering there are only 95 properties listed for sale on the Incline Village MLS, this is an extraordinary market situation that has never occurred before.
It was nice to see a plethora of new listings on the Incline Village real estate market during the past week. Buyers need to remain nimble and ready to pull the trigger when a property they like gets listed for sale. This is the peak of the busy season. Summer residents and visitors have flocked to the Lake to enjoy the beautiful weather, spectacular scenery and buy property.
There is one new listing that really stands out from the crowd this week. If you have been shopping for a house or freestanding condo, then run don’t walk to see 978 Fairway View Ct.
