Incline Village Real Estate Market Update : September 11, 2020

The staggering numbers continue on the Incline Village real estate scene with 33 properties going into escrow last week. Fortunately, there were 29 new listings so the inventory remained relatively stable.

However, the past seven days represent the greatest percentage of properties listed for sale getting accepted offers in one week in the history of the Incline Village real estate market. There were only 70 properties listed on the Incline Village MLS one week ago. That means nearly 50% of the inventory went into escrow in just seven days.
